The Foundation for Environmental Protection and Research (ÇEVKOR)
is a non-profit, volunteer organization.
ÇEVKOR was founded by young academicians in 1991 who, instead of complaining about the environmental problems, thought that it was a duty to do something to protect the environment.
The people who volunteer for ÇEVKOR believe that living in a clean and healthy environment is everybody?s right.
Those who protect the nature, environment and the cultural heritage are the safeguards of our future. Is it really that difficult to treat the living beings nicely, to keep the environment clean and warn those that pollute it?
Just take one step? the rest will follow!
There is a real and urgent need to increase the number of good examples, who treat animals and plants with kindness.
